Intro Into Shamanic Journeying

Learn the ancient art of shamanic journeying and the cosmology of the spiritual world. It is still in use around the world.
This workshop will introduce you to the basics of journeying by introducing you to the Upper World and Lower World. You’ll meet your Spirit guides and Power Animals and discover what they can teach you and how they can help you!
The course fee ($55) includes the 3-hour class and two months of additional weekly e-mail and telephone support. This support includes journey help and ideas, answering your questions, general support and learning how to craft a question that gets you the right answer! Workshop limited to 12 participants.
What to bring to the workshop: (1) A pillow/blanket-most people journey on the floor (2). A journal/pen or pencil (3) A bottle of water (4) Eye covering-a bandana for instance (5) And an openness to the work of Spirit!
